John , Brian and jay and the rest of the guys have always taken their time to correctly diagnose the problem with my car and fix it and they stand behind their work They have gotten me in when they schedule was packed n I needed work done in a emergency they are rockstars in my eyes no other shop I have dealt around here has helped me the way family auto has they truly are outstanding |
